Tasting Notes

This golden and bronzed cognac has intense f loral, fruit, spice and tobacco notes on the nose including ripe peach, cloves and cinnamon. On the palate, the same flavors are combined with a hint of vanilla, dried fruit and licorice. The finish is incredibly smooth with almost no burn, and exceptionally long with a lasting flavor in the mouth.

Technical Data

Aged a minimum of 4 years, majority of Eaux-de-Vie 7 years old. Grapes hand harvested 100% Grande Champagne 1er Cru Appellation. 100% Estate Sourced from top appellation in region, known for greatest finesse and elegance. Distilled in Original Pot Still from the 1800’s. Sessile Oak used to impart more elegance and finesse. Some barrels 50+ years old. ABV: 40%

Made from hand-selected Ugni Blanc grapes grown exclusively in the 1er Cru Grande Champagne region of Cognac and then aged in French Oak Barriques. Pot stills are used, with some originating from the late 1800’s to ensure the smoothest and most subtle cognac possible.
