INGREDIENTS

Serves 1 - Single Serving

  • 2.0 oz Branson Phantom VS Cognac
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur
  • Fresh grated Nutmeg
  • Cotton candy crown (portion-controlled)
  • Strawberry slice (optional)
  • Rainbow sanding sugar for rim (optional)
  • Ice
  • Optional upgrade: Royal VSOP substitution

Instructions

  • Chill a coupe glass.
  • (Optional) Rim the glass with rainbow sanding sugar.
  • Place a strawberry slice at the base of the glass, if using.
  • Add the cotton candy crown to the glass.
  • In a shaker, combine cognac, lemon juice, and orange liqueur with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into the prepared coupe over the cotton candy.
  • Pour slowly to let the cotton candy dissolve evenly.
