INGREDIENTS

Serves 1 - Single Serving

2.0 oz Branson Phantom VS Cognac
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz orange liqueur
Fresh grated Nutmeg
Cotton candy crown (portion-controlled)
Strawberry slice (optional)
Rainbow sanding sugar for rim (optional)
Ice
Optional upgrade: Royal VSOP substitution

Instructions

Chill a coupe glass.
(Optional) Rim the glass with rainbow sanding sugar.
Place a strawberry slice at the base of the glass, if using.
Add the cotton candy crown to the glass.
In a shaker, combine cognac, lemon juice, and orange liqueur with ice.
Shake well and strain into the prepared coupe over the cotton candy.
Pour slowly to let the cotton candy dissolve evenly.
