  • 1.5 oz Branson V.S.O.P. Royal Cognac
  • 0.5 oz Cherry liqueur or cherry purée
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup
  • Top with sparkling wine or soda

Instructions

  • Shake first four ingredients with ice
  • Strain into a flute or coupe
  • Top with sparkling wine or soda
  • Garnish with an edible flower or cherry blossom petal
