  • 1 oz Branson V.S.O.P. Grande Cognac
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz rose syrup
  • 2 oz brut sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Add cognac, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and rose syrup into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into a wine glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel or edible flower (optional).
