INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Branson V.S.O.P. Grande Cognac
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau)
  • 1 oz lychee juice
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz brut sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Add cognac, orange liqueur, lychee juice, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into a flute glass.
  • Top with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist (optional).
