INGREDIENTS

Serves 1 - Single Serving

  • 1.5 oz Branson V.S. Phantom Cognac
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Pear purée or pear nectar
  • 0.5 oz Pure maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled
  • Strain into a coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice
  • Garnish with a dehydrated pear slice and cinnamon stick
