  • 0.75 oz Pumpkin purée
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Vanilla syrup
  • 1 dash Allspice or nutmeg

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients with ice until creamy and cold
  • Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with a toasted pumpkin seed rim and star anise
