  • 1 oz V.S. Phantom Cognac
  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Le Chemin Du Roi Brut Champagne
  • Build in shaker with ice, minus the Champagne
  • Shake and strain into a chilled Champagne glass
  • Top with Le Chemin Du Roi Champagne
  • Garnish with a lemon twist
