  • 2 oz XO Cognac
  • 1 oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz 1:1 Simple Syrup
  • Club Soda
  • Peychaud's Bitters
  • Build in a highball glass over ice
  • Top with club soda
  • Float 5 dashes of Peychaud's bitters over the top
  • Garnish with a grapefruit slice
